A 40 year old female with 3rd degree uterine prolapse
PATIENT HISTORY pt is c/o something coming out from introitus since 4-5year.Her day to day life is hampered bicoz of this protruding mass. OPERATIVE PROCEDURE vaginal hysterectomy done on 9 June 2016 .pt was absolutely fine n discharged after 3rd postoperative day.
